Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for subscription plans cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided no listing has been published during that period.
  • Promoted listings that have not yet gone live at the time of the refund request are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial refunds may be considered for unused portions of active subscription plans on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be considered under any circumstances.
  • Somer reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team by email at support@somer.iq with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your full name, registered email address, order or transaction ID, and a brief description of the reason for your request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days. You may be asked to provide additional information to process your request.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The exact time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account or payment provider statement again, as it may take several days for the refund to appear.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary and it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please proceed to the next step.
  • Contact our support team at support@somer.iq and we will investigate the matter and assist you promptly.
